Lee has served as a strategic, client-centric creative leader for over 20 years, inspired by transforming sound strategy and high science into compelling creative.
With an affinity for building brand design systems, Lee has developed integrated campaigns across a broad range of therapeutic areas and has led or contributed to more than two dozen new market entries. He believes that motivating creative stems from a comprehensive understanding of customer insights, the competitive marketplace, and brand strategy. His mission is to cultivate a culture of critical thinking, experimentation, and executional excellence.
His work has produced award-winning creative for several network agencies, including Interlink Healthcare (IPG), GSW (Syneos), MRM/McCann (IPG), and H4B (Havas).

She has a passion for intricate delivery models, including practice economics, buy and bill, GPOs, COEs, DRGs, and health systems, skillfully navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments. Having spent decades alongside prestigious consultancies and boutique research firms, she knows which research tools to employ and when to utilize them in order to uncover insights that serve as the foundation for solid, defensible strategies grounded in market realities.

Our Science Consultant comes to us with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Juniata College, and is currently enrolled in the Master of Bioinformatics program at the same institution.
While he brings research expertise to the table, he has a unique ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear, accessible summaries.
